Cancellation Policy Prior to 9/30/2005, a refund of all registration and special event fees, minus a $25.00 processing fee, will be provided. 10/1/2005 through 10/14/2005, half refund of all registration and special event fees, minus a $25.00 processing fee, will be provided. No refunds will be provided for cancellations after 10/14/2005. Substitutions Substitutions will be accepted only once per registrant and must include written notification from the original registrant and a completed registration form for the substitute participant. If a non-member substitutes for a member, the non-member rate applies and the difference must be paid. Onsite Registration Hours Friday 10/21/05 3:00pm-6:00pm
