After 10/14/05, you must bring your registration form and payment to the SCC Registration Desk in the conference hotel for onsite registration.

Cancellations: No refunds (complete or partial) will be provided after 10/14/2005.

 Member rates apply to SCC, MLA, SLA, and ALA members.

Confirmations

Registration confirmations will be sent to the e-mail address provided on the registration form. If you do not have an e-mail address, please provide a fax number. If you have any questions after you receive your confirmation, call 501.686.6741 or email IngramLibbyE@uams.edu.

Cancellation Policy

Prior to 9/30/2005, a refund of all registration and special event fees, minus a $25.00 processing fee, will be provided.

10/1/2005 through 10/14/2005, half refund of all registration and special event fees, minus a $25.00 processing fee, will be provided.

No refunds will be provided for cancellations after 10/14/2005.

Substitutions

Substitutions will be accepted only once per registrant and must include written notification from the original registrant and a completed registration form for the substitute participant. If a non-member substitutes for a member, the non-member rate applies and the difference must be paid.

Processing Fees

A $25.00 processing fee will be charged for registration cancellations prior to 10/14/2005.

A $30.00 processing fee will be charged for all returned checks.
