  • AccessMedicine
    Updated daily. Full text and images from the most recent editions of gold standard textbooks in internal medicine, cardiology, genetics, pharmacology, diagnosis and management, basic sciences, and patient care. Some features require free account registration, including the USMLE prep from the Lange Self Assessment Tool. PDA download available.
  • ACP PIER
    Updated monthly, via STAT!-Ref. The Physicians' Information and Education Resource provides evidence-rated guidance for point-of-care decision making. Includes structured disease modules, screening and prevention, CAM, ethical and legal issues, and procedures.
  • Clin-eguide
    Point-of-care tool that provides one-click access to important clinical resources recommended by physicians for physicians. Coverage is in the areas of Clinical, Drug, EBM, and Guideline. Formerly known as ClinicalResource@Ovid.

  • DynaMed
    Summaries of diseases, disorders, and symptoms, with information on etiology, associated conditions, history and research findings, differential diagnosis and diagnostic testing, prognosis, treatment, prevention, and links to patient information. Summaries are derived from peer-reviewed sources.
  • Essential Evidence Plus
    - Formerly InfoRetriever/InfoPOEMS - Includes Cochrane abstracts, EBM guidelines, diagnostic calculators, ICD-9 codes, and a daily EBM content alerting service.  In addition, 800 new topics called e-Essential Evidence will become available Spring 2008.
