Ovid's AutoAlert
Create and save a search strategy to run as an AutoAlert. New citations will be automatically emailed to you each time the database is updated.

PubMed's "Cubby”
Store your PubMed search strategy for future use. When you return to PubMed, simply log in to your personal Cubby then select your search and click “What’s New” to identify new citations.

EBSCOhost
Create and save a search strategy to run as an Alert. The first time you select the “Search History\Alerts” tab from the Advance Search screen you will be prompted to register for a MyEBSCOhost account, then sign in to MyEBSCOhost to set up your alert profile.

Tables-of-Contents Alerts from Your Favorite Journals

Many individual journals and journal collections allow you to register to receive email alerts when a new issue becomes available. Visit your favorite journal’s web site and follow the instructions to register and set up an alert. If the UAMS Library subscribes to the electronic version of the journal, you may be able to link to the full-text of the article directly from the email alert.
