Library Administrative Staff Reorganization

I mentioned in my last newsletter article that we would be reviewing the Library's organizational structure and the duties of each position to determine if changes needed to be made which would increase the efficiency and effectiveness of library operations. The first phase of the review involved studying the top level of the administrative structure. As a result of the study, the following changes were made in early February:

• The Systems and Information Access Services departments were merged into the Information Services and Systems department. Peggy Morrison, formerly head of Systems, is heading this department.
