Research and Clinical Search Services (RCSS)
UAMS faculty, staff and residents can request free clinical or research level literature searches. To learn more about RCSS, call 501-686-6737 or request a search by email.

24/7 After Hours Area
The first floor 24/7 area is open to both students and residents. The fifth floor 24/7 X-Lab (room 5/123) is open for students and provides access to LRC study software.

Students and residents having problems gaining access with their ID should fill out the online badge access request form. Every field must be filled in. Call campus police at 501-686-7777 for immediate help getting in.

Learning Resource Center
When the inclement weather policy is in effect, the LRC will not be open for testing.

Questions about the LRC or general use questions about Microsoft Office, Email or Blackboard can be sent to Joanna Delavan. Answers to many questions, including helpful How-To guides can be found in the Student Information Portal.

LRC Software and Programs
Some programs are available via Citrix. Citrix is web-based and can be accessed on and off campus. You can find directions and links to download the web clients for PC and Mac here.

Renew Books
Renew your books, view your current check-outs thru the My Account service. Login to your account. Look for "Review My Library Account."

Interlibrary Loan
Place an Interlibrary Loan request to receive an item not available through the Library or make an EDD request for a print item you need scanned and sent to you electronically. Login or create a free ILLiad account to place requests.
